A Studio Tool for Your Sessions

AudioEdge is built for musicians, producers, and sound designers. Whether you're pulling stems from a live rehearsal room recording, analyzing a mix, breaking down an old demo, or organizing your own raw audio sessions, AudioEdge gives you clean separation without the hassle — the same way a sampler or four-track works on whatever audio you feed it.

What Happens When You Upload

  • Your private source file is made available to Replicate for stem separation through read-only access to that object that expires after 30 minutes
  • The audio is processed into isolated stems: vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano, and other instruments
  • Your original file and completed stems are stored as private objects and delivered through account-checked routes
  • You can mix, EQ, slow down, loop, practice over, and export your stems within the Service

Processing happens automatically at your direction. AudioEdge does not review, curate, or monitor the audio you process, and does not distribute your files or stems to anyone else unless you explicitly create a share link.

Your Rights & Responsibilities

By uploading a file, you confirm and warrant that:

  • You own the recording, or you have all rights and permissions necessary for your intended use
  • Your upload and your use of the resulting stems complies with copyright law and all other applicable laws
  • You accept sole responsibility for what you upload and what you do with the output

Intended workflows include rehearsal breakdowns, songwriting and demo work, practice and transcription, education, mix auditing, and remixing content you have rights to. Distributing separated stems of works you do not have rights to is prohibited and is your legal responsibility, not AudioEdge's.

Data Privacy

AudioEdge stores your audio files to provide the Service. Your files are:

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Stored as private objects and delivered only after we verify your account owns them
  • Disclosed to our audio processor only for processing, as read-only access to the single file being processed, through a signed link that expires after 30 minutes
  • Shared beyond your account only if you deliberately enable a jam-session share link
  • Retained until you delete your account, then purged from active storage with the account deletion process
  • Never shared with third parties for marketing or non-essential purposes
  • Never used to train AI models

Our Trust Center documents this data flow, names every subprocessor, and explains how we verified these controls.

Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

AudioEdge is a processing tool and does not endorse infringement. If you believe your copyrighted work is stored on our platform without authorization, send a DMCA notice to our designated agent at chillertechusa@gmail.com including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • The URL or file ID on AudioEdge
  • Your contact information
  • A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act for the rights owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We process valid notices promptly, remove or disable access to identified material, notify the uploader, honor valid counter-notifications, and terminate repeat infringers.

User Acknowledgment

By uploading to AudioEdge, you acknowledge:

  • AudioEdge processes your audio at your direction, solely to provide separation and practice tools
  • You are solely responsible for rights clearance and legal compliance for your uploads and outputs
  • You will indemnify AudioEdge for claims arising from your content, per the Terms of Service
  • Results are generated automatically and may contain artifacts or errors
  • AudioEdge is a tool, not legal advice
